Buddhism is one of the many religions which teaches us to be less selfish and more compassionate. It teaches us to be humane, altruistic and as concerned about others as we are about ourselves.... A good combination of study and practice will generate a fresh outlook which will enable us to achieve happiness for ourselves and others.
